David Freedman – CEO
David has had a long career starting and growing businesses. He took Jotan from a start-up to a $70 Million company that went public. As CFO for Iowa Wireless, David joined the company in the start-up phase and helped launch a wireless carrier in the Midwest And as CFO at kgb David propelled that firm to $700 Million in revenues and a global footprint. David was also CFO at Aricent, a $600 Million global software development company. David has a BA from City College and an MBA in Finance from Nova University.
Mark O’Neal – COO
An ASPRS Certified Photogrammetrist and Professional Land Surveyor in multiple states, Mark O’Neal has over 10 years of experience in the geospatial industry. He has extensive knowledge of the theory and practice of geodetic survey, remote sensing, and photogrammetry. As Senior Project Manager at Photo Science, Mark led the successful completion of Federal, State, and Local photogrammetry projects for civil works and agricultural applications. As Operations Manager at Premier Geospatial, Mark oversaw all aspects of photogrammetry and remote sensing operations for the company. Mark holds a BS in Geomatics from the University of Florida.
David Lundeen – CTO
David has over 20 years of experience designing and developing high performance, system-critical applications in a variety of programming languages and environments. He has developed software systems for the United Nations, top health insurance providers and major financial institutions. David was involved in the development of the MapQuest 360 View, Open Tile and Open Aerial tile services. His primary strength is in developing self-monitoring, scalable systems for processing, indexing and serving terabytes of image and spatial data.
Paige Parker – VP of Sales
Paige has extensive experience in sales, customer service and technical assistance. She served as part of the International Business Development Team during her time with GeoCue Corporation, creating and building customer relationships and selling GIS systems around the world. Paige has been a speaker at several worldwide conferences, speaking on the latest developments in GIS technology. Paige is a current member of the Society of Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing and holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Geographical Information Science from the University of North Alabama.
Lauren Kane – VP of Marketing & Customer Engagement
Lauren has been with ControlCam since its start and has played a key role in the branding development of the company. She has a vast amount of experience in marketing and customer service, having worked in both for profit and non-profit fields. With her experience in customer service she has been able to help implement an extensive customer engagement initiative for the company. Lauren graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Media/Communications.
Greg Mulligan – Board Member
Greg Mulligan founded Bay Capital Advisors in 1994 after a 14 year career in commercial lending at Fleet Financial Group. Greg has raised over $500 million for private companies in a variety of situations, since starting Bay Capital Advisors.
Mr. Mulligan co-founded BCA Mezzanine Fund, L.P. in 2006 to address the small to mid-sized company mezzanine market. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Dover Saddlery, Inc. and is a member of the board of the Northeast Regional Association of Small Business Investment Companies (NERASBIC). Mr. Mulligan is a graduate of Boston College.
Steven Swartzman – Board Member
Based in Kansas City, Mr. Swartzman spent 4 years building and managing the private equity operations at KC Venture Group prior to co-founding C3 Capital. At KC Venture Group, he was primarily responsible for structuring and managing subordinated debt investments. Prior to this, he spent 7 years as a Vice President with Citibank in New York, managing client relationships for emerging markets clients and structuring and syndicating over $1 billion in complex trade financings. Mr. Swartzman received a Masters of Business Administration from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Arts from Harvard College.
